Jonathan Gross

Jonathan Gross specializes in civil litigation under the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (“RLUIPA”) involving local governments that infringe upon religious practices.  Prior to joining Storzer & Associates, he worked for a Maryland firm representing fellow attorneys in legal malpractice lawsuits and disciplinary proceedings, as well as advising attorneys on questions of legal ethics.  

He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Baltimore, where he was an editor of the Law Review. 

Prior to earning his J.D., he earned his rabbinic ordination at Yeshiva University in New York and served as the Rabbi of Orthodox Jewish congregations in Manalapan, New Jersey; Los Angeles, California; Baltimore, Maryland; and Omaha, Nebraska, where he served as the Rabbi of the only Orthodox Jewish congregation in the State of Nebraska and constructed Nebraska’s first eruv.
