Mr. Lang is an experienced trial attorney and has spent his career successfully litigating cases involving corporate, real estate, land use, and discrimination claims in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions.
He has repeatedly been recognized by Super Lawyers in the area of Business Litigation and has been distinguished as one of America’s Top 100 Bet-the-Company Litigators. His work with the firm focuses on RLUIPA, the Fair Housing Act, and civil rights violations, with an emphasis on the rights of religious institutions.
Mr. Lang received his law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School and his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in American Studies and Business Management. He is admitted in Hawai`i and Nevada (inactive) and is a member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
